Pr\u00e9sentation du projet<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Le projet a pour objectif principal l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019un programme de formation avec l\u2019aide des nouvelles technologies (plateforme d\u2019apprentissage en ligne et service de conseil en ligne), adapt\u00e9 pour les adultes atteints d\u2019autisme, qui respecte leur rythme d\u2019apprentissage et met en valeur leurs comp\u00e9tences, afin de favoriser leur insertion sociale et professionnelle. Il prend la forme d\u2019un projet d\u2019innovation men\u00e9 par un consortium de 6 partenaires europ\u00e9ens, incluant un organisme russe.<\/p>\n

La projet s\u2019inscrit dans les priorit\u00e9s horizontales d\u2019\u00e9ducation des adultes : l\u2019am\u00e9lioration et l\u2019\u00e9largissement de l\u2019offre de possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019apprentissage de haute qualit\u00e9 pour adultes en mettant \u00e0 disposition des offres de formation souples et adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 leurs besoins de formation ; l\u2019inclusion sociale ; et la priorit\u00e9 sectorielle soutien aux opportunit\u00e9s pour tous \u00e0 l\u2019acquisition et au d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences cl\u00e9s, y compris les comp\u00e9tences de base.<\/p>\n

Le projet propose l\u2019utilisation d\u2019outils de formations accessibles en ligne et adapt\u00e9s aux besoins de ce public sp\u00e9cifique ainsi qu\u2019un outil d\u2019accompagnement pour les chefs d\u2019entreprises afin de favoriser l\u2019embauche de du public adulte autiste. Les th\u00e9matiques s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es sont tr\u00e8s bien trait\u00e9es. Le projet b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie de trois points suppl\u00e9mentaires au titre des th\u00e9matiques prioritaires nationales.<\/p>\n

Le projet est susceptible de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des r\u00e9sultats qui peuvent \u00eatre utiles pour d\u2019autres domaines de l\u2019\u00e9ducation, de la formation et de la jeunesse, en plus du domaine pour lequel les impacts principaux sont escompt\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Les r\u00e9sultats g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s seront innovants pour l\u2019ensemble de son secteur \u00e9ducatif, ainsi que dans le contexte g\u00e9ographique dans lequel il sera mis en \u0153uvre.De plus, il s\u2019appuie sur des projets pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents, et d\u00e9montre une valeur ajout\u00e9e significative par rapport aux r\u00e9sultats des pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents projets.<\/p>\n

L\u2019innovation de ce projet est \u00e0 plusieurs niveaux. Apr\u00e8s une recherche du consortium il s\u2019av\u00e8re qu\u2019il n\u2019y a pas de projet existant traitant de l\u2019int\u00e9gration professionnelle du public autiste adulte via les nouvelles technologies ; il est innovant en pr\u00e9voyant une m\u00e9thode d\u2019\u00e9ducation pour le public autiste adulte mais en pr\u00e9voyant \u00e9galement un outil d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux chefs d\u2019entreprise ; les m\u00e9thodes d\u2019\u00e9ducation propos\u00e9es via la plateforme en ligne sont innovantes et r\u00e9pondent aux attentes du programme (utilisation de l\u2019\u00e9ducation formelle et non formelle, m\u00e9thodes adapt\u00e9es, accessibilit\u00e9). L\u2019innovation propos\u00e9e est proportionnelle \u00e0 l\u2019ampleur du projet et \u00e0 l\u2019exp\u00e9rience des organismes participants, ainsi qu\u2019aux besoins sp\u00e9cifiques du public cible<\/p>\n
